Includes annotation about the pharmacological action, and the type of interaction (antagonist, agonist, substrate, inhibitor, inducer). Drug Targets include the protein and gene identifiers and sequences.
1 424 metabolism reactions associated with 110 enzymes. Includes the type of reaction, the enzyme and the name and structure of the drug metabolite.
